Apologies and thanks to those concerned, was running late for food so braved it and made it to the west end from the borders on vapours. Should have filled up when jamie did, but made it to the meal no problems, didnt even stutter.

After the meal jumped back in to find that it wouldnt start, quick call to MrG and 5 litres of fuel later, started after a little chug

Well, you must have been burning fuel at quite a rate on the way back up the A701 last night - you and Jamie hared off like you were on a bit of a mission

I gave up trying to keep up within a couple of miles and settled into a steady cruise listening to some tunes - or at least I would have been if they hadn't been drowned out by the bloody Larini! Lookin foward to seeing Jamie's Evotastic photos

yes was a bit spirited to say the least, was concentrating so hard on keeping up with jamie that i forgot you were behind us. apologies
