I bought a flat last year right opposite there at no 38 Caledonian Cres which I rent out. Great central location and the area is definitely on the up - you just have to look at the barking prices of the the flats in that old church place they are converting round the corner. Couple of excellent eateries on your doorstep too: Coast on Dalry road, and Guru up on Dundee Street does some of the best curries in Edinburgh.
