Yesterday was great despite the weather. A good turn out. Good to put faces to names on the board. Thanks to John for organising. Look forward to the next one.

fair to say that was tough for a first timer

135R, AO48's and a 'damp' track, good start!!!!!!!

good to meet everyone, thanks to John and apologies for the first red flag, but that gets my first spin out of the way

cheers

It was a wee bit chilly at Knockers, but thanks to Paul, Greg and Neil for the pax laps.

I left earlyish for a bit of paxing in a Land Rover doing some off-road trials in the afternoon. Opposite end of the motorsport spectrum, but everybit as thrilling seeing what those machines can do.

I know it's a long shot but does anyone have any photo's of me driving the caterham?

Only did a handful of laps all day but if you did I would love to stick on my desktop.

Not the most graceful of cars to get in and out off.

Second picture is with Jonathon driving.

Insertion isn't so bad - it's extraction when Gravity is against you

I've only got one, but it's well blurred to the point the car looks fuzzy ;). Background is pin sharp though :D, I need to get the hang of panning the camera and getting exposure times of less than 1/20th of a second!

There's a bit of pink as well as blue on the helmet, so might not even be you driving ?

John
