Newcomer, Ena Sharples was my time, plus of course a young Ken Barlow who I believe was a friend of Jimmy Saville, Gary Glitter, Rolfe Harris, Max Clifford etc, but was completely innocent of any charges brought against him.

I can catagorically state I have never, ever watched Coronation Street....or any soap for that matter since Benny was the gardener on Crossroads....
