Sounds like a great job

:
1. Everytime Andy goes to a midweek trackday, you are left behind to man the shop
2. Andy can keep tabs on how much you are working by your post count on here, and adjust your performance related pay accordingly
3. Your bonus depends on how much time Andy's car has spent in murrays that year
