Ed - don't take us seriously, by the way. I've seen how Dastek operate and any plugin they whack on your car will start at a very safe setting and they will go from there, to get power. Not the other way around.

It'll be fine for a tryout - see what it gives you and then see if you want one.

I have the Unichip on my Honda Elise, fitted by Dastek.

It made a worthwhile difference, but only about 10hp on my car, normally they get around 20hp on a Type R engine as fitted in the Civic.

I think they only let the driver in the bay when the runs are being done, we would all be stood around outside chatting and "willy waving" with our print outs till were done, then a road run obviously....

Some nice roads near Perth way apparently.

Last time I was there, there was quite a gathering in the dyno cell when they sat an Ultima in the rollers.... And Willie's Tuscan racer that expired on it's power run....

May have changed that for H&S now though....

Only Dastek employees are allowed in the cell during the dyno runs now.
