Legally I believe he can, ie driving on private land, but all Track Day organisers now ask for licences to be produced as their Insurance would be invalid.

I have Gareth, I have learnt do not drive quickly in front of a police audi or any other police car :? . It has far reaching ramifications not just to me but everyone else around me .

It has cost a few quid between the fine and the legal fee, also the further cost of retest, insurance etc..... :(

It has hampered the way I work.... thankfully I'm self employed and although I'm finding my way around it and thankfully I'm now really busy :thumbsup it could have been worse had I been working for a company I would probably be jobless now... :?

It has made me have to be reliant on other to help me around... :thumbsup

I'm very greatfull to Mags and Neil Jr for putting up with me as I'm not the best passanger at the best of times..

As for speeding, it might be a thing of the past... :| just depends on where I might be doing it

It soon will be a thing of the past - I hardly do any road runs now, even outside of the UK.

Was watching some police camera thing last night where they caught 5 bikers doing 140mph down the middle of a busy A road between traffic.

They were let off with a "training course"

My plan is to do TD's Andy :thumbsup after being banned and a resit I don't fancy running into plod anymore..., on track I can knock myself out going quickly

Also I don't think I can do KH right now as I don't have a licance unless a gun licance will do  , I'm not much bothered TBH untill I'm getting back on the road.

I think my Elise has been off the road for a fair amount of your own enforced absence - I think I know how you are going to feel come October :thumbsup
