Wow, that was a ballsy last 2 laps. I really really like Rossi, so very pleased with the outcome, but hats off to lorenzo for putting up the fight that he did.

Bloody magic. What racing should be all about.

It does not get any better.

More overtaking in one lap than a season of F1. Awesome stuff.

F1 can only dream of stuff like that. I'm not sure if it is a better race than Laguna Seca (sp) last year. Still bloomin awesome!

It's only a matter of time before Lorenzo takes over Rossi's mantle based on that showing. The only difference between the two was experience, had Rossi been in front 2 from finish he would surely have blocked any pass on the inside.

It was jaw dropping good.
Lorenzo is very talented at 22 years old but....Rossi is legendary. He's from another world when it comes to talent on those bikes.

If only James Toseland could start doing something!

Totally amazing finish, Rossi's capacity to find and exploit the tiniest opportunities never diminishes.

Who knows, had it been the other way round could Jorge have passed Vale and/or would Vale have better covered the line? if it could be described as such.

Whether better than Laguna last year, maybe not, Laguna was a sustained race for longer where Casey had a performance advantage but Vale had the balls. Yesterday there was nothing in it look at the grid 0.013 between them

Nice to think that Vale had it all worked out but surely instinct and determination is what makes him so great. Been a fan since 125's and as long as he keeps enjoying winning it'll be a pleasure to watch.

IMHO one of the finest sportsman ever. After 99 wins to clearly still take so much pleasure in winning is remarkable.
