Superb chaps!
I was gonna ask if it was a Rover V8 or AJP8 mill under t'bonnet, but my old TVR anorak knowledge tells me that it's the Rover
Anyone else know why?

I thought it was a Rover (cos 'aint got the bonnet protrusions the AJP had IIRC), but another authority reckoned was AJP...

It had a Chevy in it at the Dastek day. That said, there may not be much servicable left of that engine, so I'd not be suprised if Willie had put a Rover in there (it'd helluva Rover to give 500 brake though!)
