NLC - Setting up business in the US

HI Guys

I'm looking at setting up an arm of AMP3 in the states and wondered if anyone had done anything simililar or had any advice about place and people to seek info from?

I'm contacting the US embassy (and wishing i hadn't thrown a letter from the US Department of Trade in the shredder last year!)
