Happy Birthday to Me!

Post by Derek » Mon Feb 27, 2006 5:32 pm

I'm another year older at the end of the week, and Karen has excelled herself in terms of a present this year :D

Still waiting on a black diffuser, and undecided on powdercoating these wheels, or getting exige rims.

Nice! :thumbsup Karen!

I like the tape on the head light, that'll come in handy when the indicator pops out....

Its got the sport pack - exige springs/dampers, oil coolers and traction control, which Mr Robertson has kindly tarted up with a bespoke interior. 8) I've not seen it yet as it's still at the factory. :(

Should get it in a couple of weeks :D :D :D

Does that mean that Kermit is no more?

Derek,
I think you gotta get the wheels done in black.
You should also get the factory to colour code the grills! 8) 8)

I agree definately go with black wheels. Love that colour but I would never be brave enough to go for it.

The nuclear green car is going, but Kermit will be subjected to a sunbed or 2 if he wants to blend in and live on the back window of the new car.

Interior is black leather, with orange stitching and orange lotus logo. Think low-key pimp my ride. :P

Wheels - yes will get them powdercoated, but still thinking of Exige wheels - will decide when I see the car.
I think coding the plastic may be a bit OTT

Actually we went in with the intention of buying the white exige, but Graeme was out in a test drive with it at the time, and had sold it by the time he came back. It was a real busy Saturday at MMC. Delighted with what we've gone for though.

:thumbsup For black wheels.
Got a yellow one last month and had the wheels sorted before I picked it up - well worth it. Really lifts the car. Everything is either yellow or black - works well and definitely a talking point when people see it for the first time.

You'll like those tyres if you keep those wheels. They were really good at KH on Sat :)
