Gleneagles Last Friday

Post by RDH » Wed Jun 13, 2007 5:23 pm

Laura told me yesterday that one of her clients (or should I say business contacts :? ) was at Gleneagles last friday night and was complaining that a bunch of noisy plastic cars interupted his round!

Wonder who that could've been?

If he had been playing on the best course @ Gleneagles he wouldnt have had anything to moan about - must have been on the Monarchs

edited to add ; should have seen the woman stop mid-swing as we blasted through on Saturday, at I think Nethybridge

I was one of the last away from KH, but as I was organising the weekend I needed to get to Fort William to see that the checkins at the Alexandra Hotel went OK.

As Craig was in the group, that meant at least two S/C Hondas went past there on a mission..............

This is where I feel guilty. I'm really not that in to golf... my whole family are, but I'm not. If someone asks me for a game, I'll occassionally tag along and be happy if I hack it round in 90 odds.

And yet... I guess there are loads of golfers who would love to have had a shot round Sawgrass instead of me. Sorry... in fact, I was too busy raming the buggy around so gave most of the holes a miss while my Dad and Bro' played.

Although, I did try the infamous 17th, Island Hole... and the 18th coz that was my Bro's hole.

Hope it was my mum - she's one of these bandits that all male golfers must hate...
