New "Daily" shed

Post by Simon82 » Wed Nov 12, 2014 10:07 am

I had an Import civic type r for 6 years and decided i'd had my fun with it and it was time for a change so i ended up getting the exige to replace it as the "fun" car. Deciding that a practical daily would be handy I started looking for a decent second hand diesel A4 s line but somehow something went wrong along the way and things escolated.....quickly!

Popped into Audi for a bit of a browse and after some man maths and a chat with the salesman i decided the diesel route wasnt for me.
Before I knew it I had signed my life(and life savings pretty much!) away on this instead!...

Only done 500miles in it so far due to work but first impressions are good. Completely different to the civic/Lotus obviously but still fun to drive. Managed 30mpg on the motorway and average around 24mpg which isn't as bad as I expected actually.
Always wanted a V8 so can tick it off the list now :)

I have now run it in for you mate, so good to go when you get home!

Ps, it needs fuel ;)

(that's why I think Mike will do fine, that and his lack of imagination).
