Looking like it's coming together nicely.
Out of interest - geekery - what model is your car John? I thought it was a Sport 135, but they were only build in 1998, so would not be V reg. The sport 135'99 was built in 1999, but had different wheels (6 spoke) and the body spats on the rear wheel arches among other tweaks.

Was a late registered Original 135. It has had a chassis change by Lotus at the factory early in its life. The chassis is a late issue mk1 with the vin plate mounted in an alternate position. Also thats why it has a black room hoop.
Was bought from Murray Motors as an approved used....
Might be missing an under tray... will get a look at my box of bits when I get home.

Getting a list of things together. I had an email a few months back listing some faults that I have no idea if they have been fixed.
Need some decent weather and free time to get in about it to find out more. So dependant on what I find hiding in the boot when I can get it open...
Need to buy and fit the headlight covers.
Needto buy and fit an exhaust
Wheel liners to fit
Some form of boot mechanism
Likely a new battery or new ignition switch. No idea if the looms are even connected at the fron end. Can't get that open either.

If money was no object that would be the first thing I would do... Will find out what all the issues are first the decide.

If it were mine, I'd just pop it into Craig and he'll tell you what needs done, quote you happy and if it's out of budget, stage the work for when budget allows or just get some done, do some yourself, or just pay for the inspection and take car home at least you'll know what it really needs and it's done right if they do the work for you?

Might be worth go for the inspection side at least. Then I know how much it is going to cost to put right. Will think about it.

Craig will allow you to come up with an action plan,... possibly combining some MMC work on it, with some home DIY jobs. Pretty much how I manage the maintenance on mine.
