Took a little trip to the West...

Post by Corranga » Wed Apr 17, 2013 10:26 pm

So, last Thursday, Erica and I headed across to Ballachulish for a bit of a long weekend.
This basically consisted of a bunch of touristy things, some awesome scenery, eating in a few pubs, and some of the best driving roads in Scotland :D

I didn't stop to take a lot of photos, but here are some from some of the old SE favourites :)

Shame the weather was a bit mixed on the Friday, so the car looks a bit of a state, but that'll make up for all the shiny photos on here already ;)

These are great. And EVO mag has gotten into the "filthy dirty shot" syndrome of late so actually you are in vogue :-)

Yup, but mine are lighter ;)

Haven't washed it yet so it's still dirty.

Back when it was silver, it wasn't washed for about 9 months, not sure I could leave it that long now though!

I think there is a balance, a completely manky disgusting car is just that.
I quite like the dirt on an obviously previously clean car look, especially showing the lines where the wet dirt has been shaped by the fast moving air 8)

thanks :-)

It's actually kinda strange having a car that looks wise is exactly the way I want it to be.
