I'm tryin to post some pics (quite poor quality, taken with a camera phone) but they're saved to my laptop. So when i dont have a url to post them from. I've been tryin to post them from my documents but it wont work.....help!!!!!!

Gordon, you need to upload the files to a hosting site.

They give you 25mb for free and you can link direct to your pics so you can post them here.
