I love an excuse to buy a tool but not an engine hoist; that would be tempting fate too much! Besides, I really fancy the new Milwaukee (2000Nm!) impact wrench, and if we're buzzing off hub nuts I could use man maths to purchase one of those instead....

Hoping I won’t need one with that much torque
I’ve got a big and small dewalt that should see anything off.
All the bits ordered and been offered an engine crane now too so just need to find the time

No the engine is back in and new clutch/flywheel and slave cylinder. Did some upgrades while the engine was out too like new bulkhead heat shielding and catch can setup.






I am considering selling up. Just don’t have the time I wish I had to use the car.
