'Ring/Spa - May

There's an SIDC day at Spa on Tues 29th May, and the 'Ring's open Sat evening, all day Sun and all day Mon the weekend before.

Assuming the Impreza boys will put up with some little two seaters taking up a bit of their track space like they do at KH, anyone else interested in making a trip of this??

Afraid i cant get the time off work and even if i could i probably couldnt afford it!

It is guaranteed to be awesome though!

I did it last year with MLR, Same day. It is an awesome track but it pi$$ed with rain for the full day almost.

Still an excellent day though and hopefully less chance of rain in May/June.

It's a joint day with MLR/SIDC so there'll be a wide variety of cars there.

Did 2 days LoT there last year and can't recommend it enough.

There's also 2 day LoT trips this year 6 & 7th June and 8 & 9th October...

It'd be rude not to do the 'ring while you're there...
...I have no car and live in the 3rd world though.

Lack of car might reduce the amount of fun to be had at track days, however

Well I'm already doing the FF6 (hopefully in tut's T-car if it's ready but otherwise with Scotty) so that's my Lotus hit for the year.

I'm angling for a long weekend in Dubai though...

N1 TUT booked in for a complete respray week beginning April 23rd.

Craig has some work to do on the clamshell fixings, he had to drill out and cut off some of them, before we can put the new clamshells on, but that is doable when he gets some spare time.

Wheels are going in for shotblasting and powder coating, so she should be back on the road by May.

When's FF6? Haven't kept up with that one as no chance of me getting away for a whole week. Does it fit with this end of May idea?

Certainly does, although might be too log for you if you cant manage a week. Its a week with LOT inc 3 trackdays and then another 6 or so days with the SE crowd in the alps! Its going to be epic!

Oh oh, I'm in trouble

I kind of suggested that maybe I wouldn't go anywhere in May, but Spa/Ring combos are good fun and good VFM too ... very tempted ...
