Andrew Walshe driver training 13th April

Not quite a track day but, Andrew has added another day of training availability over Easter on Thursday 13th
https://www.awdrivertraining.co.uk/even ... 13-04-2023 if anyone is interested.
He let me know yesterday, as I’d been inquiring about cancellation over the Easter break.
Time for me to get planning a route that avoids some of the motorway… or to hire a trailer from Autobil or something, might defeat the purpose of having an Elise, but 8 hours on motorway doesn’t appeal massively.

This adds 90 mins overall but makes it a bit more interesting for the first half at least

That looks great, thank you!
The first leg to Duns I know is a hoot, driven it a couple of times last autumn.

Have also used Dales route, Hawes to Bolton Abbey (IIRC) but I think the above is better overall

Route down was great campbell, thank you! I stayed in York and tweaked the route to go via Lincoln the next morning.
I put over 1000 miles in the S1 last week, was all the way down at the New Forest in the end!
Saved the best for the way home though, still smiling from the training with Andy. So much damn fun.
Withdrawal at the moment from not doing at least a few hours a day driving. Also my daily now feels like a minibus.
