So, Martin says he was on a cooling down lap, do we believe him?

"What were those funny wee boxy things parked a few down from the van? They looked a bit like a cross between one of those Fiat X1/9 things and an Elise, there was a blue one zipping round the track...."

Comment from my dear mother when we were pulling out of the KH carpark tonight..... :lol:

As for the cooling down lap, I`ll use that line on the 13th. :thumbsup

Excuses i could use include;
- Only my 3rd trackday
- Really skinny front tyres
- I drive like a girl

I could also say i saw your car in my mirror, let it past and then reaslised it was Mandy.......any of that wash ? :oops:

Who else voted for driving god ? I owe you a pint :cheers :P

I've had a word with the VX boys and hopefully next time we should have more than just myself on track. 8)

It's okay Martin - if he really wanted to embarrass you, he would have claimed he passed you himself! (as if!) :lol: :lol: :lol:

Martin,

Good to see three Vx's up there, dont know where they all came from as even in the height of the summer last year hardly ever did i ever have any company in my red VX, apart from one trackday where i think Dogbreath was on.

I know Dave, quite a few have arrived in Glasgow / Edinburgh lately, just need to get them on track to stop me getting abuse !

....although at least i (unlike a certain black S1) kept it on the track! 8)

Mac was also whitness to one of the quotes of the night

Hi Martin

We didn't meet last night, but I saw you out on the track a few times. Don't worry about the slagging, being passed by Mandy is not exactly a disgrace, she is hardly slow, and remember we were all in Lotus, you were only driving a Vauxhall :wink:
