The gold beemer had a fresh set of tyres on before leaving the track :damnfunny

"FRED's" new exige is rather nice :thumbsup

Meatball.... yup, the hose had just simply popped off, she popped it back on, topped the water up, did a few laps to check then carried on.

She said she was driving a bit more aggressively than normal... I hope she wasn’t one of the ones getting too close :P

As said.... Hopefully a one off. There always seems to be a one or two 'hothatch' folk that come along and maybe forget the differences in etiquette etc. We will discuss it with KH before future events. Ask them to be a bit more in depth at the briefings and stricker on track.

Nah.....she wasn't guilty!
People could always just say to the tailgaters themselves or say to the KH staff.....hey ho!

Got all the pish out the way at one event.....good plan....especially as I wasn't driving!

I had fun today - we weren't going fast enough to tail gate anyone and we always leapt over to the side to let the faster cars through whenever we could.

The 944 aint the fastest but i personally had a real issue when i was moving over to let other cars through and then being left 'hung out to dry' by drivers trying to sneak through when there really wasn't room.

Perhaps i should be more assertive and take my line back - saying that i always indicated when moving back onto the racing line.

Still had fun but the stoppages were a pain, but then these things happen.

Mass, i moved over to let you pass once and you came past me like i was parked up - thats some machine you got there ;)

Mark.

I was in Frank's car when we saw you sliding at the chicane :thumbsup

Sorry we didn't have the time to chat.

See you soon.

Shhhhh! - nobody saw that, ok! :P

I was getting too brave as the brakes were going off - just a case of over confidence, luckily i was chatting to the guy behind me before we went out and he gave me plenty of room to have my 'moment'

Still learning the car, but it's very neutral and really controllable when it lets go (which is all the time :!: ), writing the shopping list for items as we speak, first up some track orientated tyres 8)

Mark

Is the 944 recent addition? For track use, I bet you may want braided hoses, Dot 5 fluid and better pads too.

Ally, hope your eye gets better soon.

The two beemer owners were friends. Obviously enjoy doing the same thing.

you are sh*t me?

My god.... I really should ask for photographs of the cars

I had concerns over those two cars, but they asked about drifting and seemed responsible and adult about keeping its safe etc... I had no idea 1 looked like that though, that must worry other drivers on track.

Adam, they were nice blokes. Although the 2nd one caused a red flag (diver error by locking up then into a tyre wall), they got out of the way very quickly, illustrating their awareness of cars behind them :thumbsup

Rather entertaining to watch them.
