Very funny chaps.

Judging by your reactions to my innocent request for some pax laps for the chick, I should probably invite her twin sister.

Any takers?

So, after meeting some of you guys last night and being talked into taking the car on track at some point, does anyone fancy giving me a few pax laps at this event so I can experience this before I take my own car on?

I've never been to Knockhill, never mind for a track day . . . Do I just turn up, park in the car park and then wander in looking for you guys? Do passengers need to pay?

Apart from borrowing/hiring a helmet, I take it I don't need anything else for a pax lap?

Cheers,
D

paxs laps are no problem at all, dont need to pay to become a passenger you just need to sign on. ill bring my spare helmets but you could pay a fiver and hire one if you like. think tom bought his helmet for £30 odd quid which does the job and once you have been once im sure youll be back, over and over again! catch ya on the 9th cheers ed :D

Thanks Ed. Much appreciated! :D

That would be great if I could borrow a helmet on the day. I'll look into buying one before I get my own car on track.

Make sure you buy a decent one that fits properly, do not buy on the internet unless you've tried it on first. I tried a few on before finding one that fitted properly, cost me about £120 IIRC. £30 helmet for a £30 head and all that ;)

Bringing one of my (female) friends to this too. Any chance she could get a pax lap too? Incentive: she's very fit. ;)
