Pauline isn't going so I'll have a free seat.

Are we arranging an Aberdeen meet and also rendezvous points en route?
Great Gary, I could get to yours if there is no Aberdeen meet.

Then meet at MMC for departure but it's always difficult to have too big a convoy so small groups by speed and fuel range best. Reconvene in Norfolk... :)

I'll be leaving Aberdeen early o'clock to be at MMC for when they open so will catch up with the rest of you when you get there. I should have a free pax seat to if you fancy a dawn run Ali, although it might have a splitter on it if I don't get it fitted in time.

Ooft, I'll have a lie in then trundle down with Gary at a civilised hour. I planned my MMC prep in a non last minute fashion. ;)

That said there is always one...at least no ferry to catch. :D

My prep has been "planned" for a while , just haven't had the time to nip down for its service. Hopefully no-one's needing a clutch this year so we should be fine!

I'll be chuntering south on the arrival on the mighty Moncrief - suspect we'll have a small convoy as Scott and Toria will also be leaving in the Exige.

But beer o'clock isnt till Norfolk, so hoping to get there and chill out :thumbsup :cheers

Ronnie just sent me details of his breakdown insurance with Axa. Just been on and it looked good at £25, but they do not cover modified vehicles.

Anybody found cover or am I the only one with a modified car?

Robin - I'm considering the drive back on Wednesday as well but I'm just wondering about doing it in a oner since I've got another couple of hours on you to Aberdeen. What time would you anticipate getting to Edinburgh?

My other option is to take the ferry to Newcastle on Wednesday night.

I've done it once and it was a killer. Admittedly, some of the central belters finished the trackday and drove home straight afterwards. My preference would always be the ferry.

If anyone thinks they'll need tyres for Snetterton/Cadwell I've just been speaking to ES Motorsport and they'd be able to supply and fit them on the Wednesday. They're about 20% more expensive than directly from Avon for the ZZRs but would fit them for free. I'll probably order a pair of rears and just get them shipped home if I don't end up needing them.

Gary

There is a spare bed in a hotel in the dam for Tuesday and Wednesday and car slot available on the ferry back on Thursday if you are keen?
