Anyone (else) thinking of a Ring trip in early Oct to combine the LoT day at Spa on the way home??

I'm out for the ring in august. To be precise, I'm not allowed to go to the ring in august:oops: Annoying cause its the one track Id absolutely love to do, guess it will just have to wait. :oops:

LoT's at Spa Mon/Tues 8th & 9th Oct. Ring open (according to official site) Sat evening, all day Sun and Mon pm.

Not ideal (ie not all day Sat), but not bad....

Sorry, i was thinking you were talking about the LOTRDC race during that weekend. I think LOT have already sold out their allocation for the 8th and 9th! :(

Ah, they've been given more! Nice, would be good to see the LOT race aswell. Hmmmm, will have a think! :)

Okdoke gents, who's all up for this then? If we get a list of names together we can start looking at places to stay. Any of the FF6 lot got a hotel yet??

Proposed route:

Leave Newcastle fri 10th @ 17:30
Arrive in the dam Sat 11th @ 9:30
Drive to ring ~ 220 miles / 4hrs
:drive & :drink & :tired & :drive & :drink & :tired & :drive & :drink & :tired

Drive to the dam Tues morning for 15:00 ferry and get back to geordie land 9:30 wed.
