Well just back and doing some editing of the footage from the sprint today. It was a wet and foggy start to the day (you could not see a car that was 100ft in front!) The fog started to burn off and through the day the track dried. The sprint course was a great course (I was on the rev limiter in 2nd on two of the straights but there were lots of opportunities for getting the tail out :D. There were a few very quick Evos there two of which were sprints and were frunking quick!. I think Andy and myself held up the Loti honor and kept or 4x4 friends honest 8)
I improved with every run and was very happy with my last one. Andy was on it all day too. The time to aim for seemed to be around the 60sec mark and as the track dried the course did get faster.
There were two corners which were just mud holes which did give the advantage to the Evos but was a great excuse to get the rear out :D

The event was well organised and was successful so it will be back next year and I would highly recommend going along. :D

Looks great fun - couldn't work out if any of it was on the old Ingliston circuit? - happy memories of trackdays circa 1969 in Lotus Elan :)
