dezzy,

Should be at Kincardine Bridge for 12.15, ok to wait by the old bathe place (next to the bp garage nearest the kincardine bridge) and tag along.

Better than driving up alone!

Cheers

Barrie

It's a garage with a Little Chef on the A80 near Cumbernauld. A bit further on than the garage at Moodiesburn where the speed cameras are.

Will PM you my mobile number in case you need us to wait or can't find it.
Doh ! I know where it is , never knew it was called Old Inns. See you there .

Sure. No probs mate. I'm not too sure where you mean, but if it's next to a BP garage, I'm sure we'll find it. Just wait there and we'll find you. :)

Dezzy

Just head straight along the road to kincardine bridge, you cant miss it (about 1/2 mile before bridge)

Its not the bp garage at the end of the motorway at the rouandabout

Got the pm. will send a text

cheers

yeah was a great day despite getting to bed at 6am!

car was running great, was good to meet new faces and see old ones too. hope you all enjoyed your pax laps.
Hugebigupmassivethanksinaarea goes to mckean for letting me out in his car. It is awesome with a capital a and very much enjoyed playing with the blue gt3. think there is some footage of that. cheers also goes to rossybee, the snot moibile is rapid an loved my pax laps, soo planted.
turn out was good and driving standards were ok too. there was one fq400 who was quick on the straights but hopeless round the bends, who wouldnt get out of my way :x but ali c managed to sneak through which i was happy about.

til next time

Excellent day, track was very busy most of the time.

Had some fun laps following Mac until a wee spin at the hairpin ended that run.

Thanks to Mckean for taking the wee bro out for a few laps.

Great day guys. Really enjoyed it! Was really nice to meet more people from the forum and to meet some of you again for the 2nd time.

Huge thank you to Alan, Barrie and Jamie for the pax laps and to Mac and Alan for taking my friend Carolyn out - she personally asked me to thank you both. The pax laps were amazing and have definitely given me the bug! I'm going to get my car on a track as soon as I can! Need to get some training first though . . .

Was also good to meet up for a wee convoy up to KH . . . even if I did struggle to keep up at points! :D

Cheers,
D

Well my gamble leaving the roof at home paid off :D
Although the change in airo balance did mean I had a wee trip in the gravel on my third lap (well thats my excuse) whilist being chased down by the Ultima who was seriously fast on the straights yet quite slow in the corners.
Great to see more exotic machinery out and about.

I think I did some of my fastest laps ever today got the cars balance just right.

Although I did have a heart in mouth moment at the end of the pit straight when I found I had no brakes  managed to slide around the corner....just
