For the circuits down South I dont know if there is a too much limit. Most are good prices.

You've just got to take everything into consideration. Track price, plus fuel, plus food, plus accomodation if you need it etc...

There is a too much limit for Knockhill.

That too much limit is when you could book onto a decent track down South for the same price or not far off.

From personal experience, I reckon we're all entering very dangerous territory here.

Thinking about the costs of trackdays??? I find that denial of the costs is the only way to go!! Track access cost is only the start: fuel, tyres, general knackering of other car bits, accomodation, beer, etc, etc.

Spread the cost across as many credit cards as possible, then it never seems so bad

For me its different.

I only tend to do 4 trackdays a year + a trip abroad.

Remember I live in Aberdeen.

KH can work out at £100 4 hours plus the drive down and back ( one way via Glenshee  ) food etc fuel

Total cost £200

Donnie, Cadwell, Oulton etc

Full day £200 + fuel hotel, curry, beer etc

Not much change out of £500

We did the ring 2.5 day and 2 days at Spa total trip 7 nights. Food, beers, Armareto, beers, fuel, ferry etc £1600

All of the abouve does not include servicing, brake, tyres etc.

Would do more if I could aford it.

Scotty C

Ps If i was to answer you question I would not pay more then £300 for a trackday. I might have to as the 340r might be going to live in Spain, 1 hour from Ascari resort :D

I wish.

I (and 2 others) have just bought a place in Mijas. I have been thinking about driving it down after FF6 as I am heading over in Sept for a week.

Still up in the air. Maybe leave it till next year. To many things to do not enough money and time off work.
