Hardwiring Snooper

Where is the best place to hardwire feed for Snooper - will be mounted to right of dials on dash above light switch panel, what should I connect too as cig lighter between seats is no good for plug-in. Thanks in advance. Keith

Best bet to hard wire the reciept back to the shop where you bought it :wink:

Not convinced these things really work, best to drive with eyes fully open :shock: ...from what I have heard :wink:

It depends on how much current you want and how much drilling you are prepared to do :-)

If you don't mind drilling a wee hole in the top of the dash and you don't need much current you could run the wire through the dash and splice to the permanent live that the radio has. To fit this, you would remove the radio, identify the permanent live in the radio loom, splice in your cable, then push it all back in.

If you're going to run the cable over the front panel you could do much the same, but obviously less elegant.
