Alarm - started sounding when it's raining

I've a new fault, happening for a few months now. When the car's parked out in the rain, the alarm is quite often (though not always) triggered.
It's been fine for 14 years, but water must have started getting in somewhere.
Any ideas what to look for??
Thanks
Tim

Check the manual. When you clear the alarm I think it flashes a code to indicate what triggered it. My guess would be bonnet or boot switch.

Drips at front corners of windows setting off ultrasonics? Try arming without them?

From memory I had this online of my previous Elise’s and only thing that sorted it was a new alarm siren as water had got in and it was scrap
On the other hand it might simply be a leak from the windscreen rail so isolating the movement detection will sort it.
