Scottish Elises

I removed the passenger seat yesterday, getting ready to try and steam clean the inside (when I can find some time)

But, two of the bolts are shorter than the other two (normal?) and ALL of them have had the heads partially stripped so I'm looking for new replacements before I put them back. What type are they, and where would I get more?

There should be a number on the top,

they are M8
