Anything rattling under the seat as in loose change etc?

Could be anything, check under the seats for loose stuff. Never had anything in the sills but I believe it's possible. Dunno how you get it out if there is though. You could always just ensure you have the roof off or stereo up loud then you won't notice

I read about the "getting things in the sills" the other day when I was inverstigating dismantling the dash. Apparently you rectify it by driving along, braking hard and then dismantling the dash!

You did whaaaaat?
It's not frikkin changing rooms you know

.
I stuck my pride and joy deep into the kitty litter at knockhill about six weeks ago & the chuckies still in the sills are driving me nuts too.
I've had all the trays off which got a few of them.
Next step is trays off & a hosepipe up the sill opening just infront of the rear wheel I recon.
