Scottish Elises

Just about to order the replacement clutch hose kit from Eliseparts to changeout the cr*ppy Lotus red hose when I started wondering if I was about to pay £70 for nothing more than a couple of metres of braided brake line and two fittings. Much cheaper buying from Demon Tweeks or someone if thats the case. Has anyone fitted this kit? Is there much more to it than that?

Fergus put a kit together for Lotus Ecosse (when it was still open) a couple of years back. IIRC, he couldn't end up making it and turning a profit for a hill o beans less than Geary (Eliseparts)

I'm sure it's just a hose, but you won't save lots buying it up and the hassle factor probably outweighs any saving.

Looks like I'd be as well with the kit, then. I guess the fitting instructions won't go amiss either... Cheers
