New windscreen>?

Ed and I went on a blast to Fort William yesterday, and as I waived him by as we got within 5 miles of FW so I didn't get us lost, a stone hit the window (bloody a048's!). Slight crack! Gutted!

About to phone Autoglass. Anyone got any ideas?

Is the replacement effort as big a mare as I've heard??

Its a 111R. (and it might be cursed!)

Shouldn't be bad if they loosen the clam properly and put it back. Usually, that means they put it in the dealers to get the clam loosened and put back on.

Woody's (I believe) was loosened by Autoglass themselves and the left out a couple of washers - stuffing up his panel gaps.

Other than that it's fine - just check they've not been leaning the glass on it's edge - I had 2 screens rejected for chips in the edge (which would have started a crack) before they put a pristine one on.
