New Pads

Just fitted some new green stuff all round. Only problem is they are squeking like fook. what have i forgot to do????

Put copper grease on the backs of the pads or fit anti squeal buffers on the backs. Saying that, when I had greens on mine I did neither and they never squealed.

Got the buffer pads do they go on front and back?

Depends what you mean by buffer pads.
There are small pads that go directly on to the caliper to stop the front pads rattling about. AFAIK, they're not the same as the anti-squeal pads that go on the pad backing.

Its the squeal ones i have mate. Should i fit these to front and back pads??

Other thing to do is to bed them in properly. You need to give them a proper hammering, then cool them to heat cycle them a couple of times.
I find at least 5 (to the point of lockup) hard stops from ~100tuts, without actually letting the car stop. I've got a section of (closed private, obviously) road with a roundabout at each end, that I can blast to the ton between and circualate the roundabouts to cool before going for another run. Makes em last longer and I don't get squeal - that's without using any squshy anti-squeal pads, just a coating of copaslip to the back of the pad.
