Hey

has anyone ever remapped a lotus, more specifically an s2 elise - good/bad results? worth the cost?

Standard ECU isn't remappable easily. You'd not add a remappable ECU (like an Emerald) unless you had a reason (like cams, headwork that the standard ECU couldn't handle)

LOL. It's the resistor of power in a box!!!

For 90% of the driving cycle the ECU will simply correct the fueling error that this crap introduces by using the Lambda sensor.

For the other 10% your engine will be overfuelled leading to, at best, reduced fuel economy and, at worst, accelerated piston wear due to bore washing.
