Stone gard decals

Got some new stone gard decals from MMC cos the old ones look a we bit taty. Whats the best way to get the old ones off? :?

Never done it but you could try using a hairdryer to heat up the glue and see if that helps it peel off.

I'd agree with that. Also a recommended way for de-badging a car with glued on badges.

Ultra sticky fings. I got a guy to put some stone chip decals on my front clam (the car originally had some from new) He applied them w soap an water or summin?! But he made a right balls up of it so we took em off.

then when John Martin Group in Perth replaced my rear clam they put on new stone chip guards at the rear wheels, and while they're ok they aint perfect - there's still the odd bubble. An it's not like they wont of had a fair bit of practice doing it being a Lotus approved paint shop?!

Don't mean to put you off, just that it does seem to be a bit of a pain and should be approached with caution. But then it's not like anything is easy to do on these cars
