Thinking of de catting my 2007 111R i would like to know the cheapest way of doing this, Dom said this should give the car some more beans which i'm eager to do.
I'm not the most technical person so any help would be very helpful!

It'll make it louder and it'll fail MOTs, that's about all. If it gives you more bhp, it'll be very few (without other mods and a remap - not really doable on a Yota) If you want more noise, fit a louder backbox, but there are pre and post cat lambda sensors, so I'd personally not fsck about with the cat on a 111R.
My S1 has no cat from a weight point of view and because it's tuned and mapped by a chimp (me) there's a possibility (however urban legend) of fuel building up and igniting in it.
If you must do it, get a pipe from the likes of Jim at 2Bular or Eliseparts - easy fit yourself job at Domsport.

What do you think is the easiest and cheapest way to get a little more power out of the car? As per your message Dom will not be consulted on this occassion!!!

Re: DE CAT 111R
Why does it need more power? I was nailing 911 turbos at Knockhill in a standard Touring spec 111R... Which wasn't mine.
TBH, not much cheap can be done to the 111R. To make it feel quicker, get the motorsport remap from the factory - drops the cam changeover and makes it much more drivable - over £300 though. The only other thing I know of that adds horsepower in any meaningful sense is a supercharger. Not cheap in the extreme. Unlike the K series, it's pretty efficient engine (BHP/litre) from the factory.
I wouldn't touch the induction kits (after I've seen various issues with other people's cars and MIL problems) Zorsts sound good, but will add maybe 5hp if you're lucky. No such thing as cheap horsepower on the Yota engine.
Alternatively, if you actually want to go faster - http://www.carlimits.com Makes for a much quicker car than most horsepower upgrades...
