Flexing Floor

Sounds serious.
The middle section of the floor on my exige (the first part you can remove) has started vibrating quite alot at many many tuts.
I had the floor off before and noticed that it bowed slightly in the middle, and once it was back on, I noticed the same - effectively leaving an air gap which could be filled........I fixed it by battering it with a rubber mallet, but its not worked.
I know its the floor, because removing it and driving again, everything is silent - and i know the bolts were tight, so its not just a loose'en.
So, what to do? - I saw that some of the sticky rubbery felty stuff was a bit worn, so Ive stuck some more stuff on - but I dont know what to do if the floor wants to naturally flex downwards, the gap will always be there. Dont know what to do to fix it
