Exhaust gasket

Post by DJ » Sat Apr 19, 2008 10:09 am

Have bought a Janspeed back box (used) and wondered if I bolt this straight on or is there a gasket in there that I should replace first ? Was to be this weekend's job until DHL let me down, so haven't taken the old one off yet to see what's there at the moment.

when I did my decat pipe it had 2 gaskets. I didn't bother replacing them and it seems to have sealed

I would probably stick it on and order the gaskets, it's a 5 min job to do when the previous owner hasn't used nylock's and they are all rusted to feck.
