MOTed

Post by mac » Wed Jan 25, 2006 4:30 pm

Just got the car back from the MOT station just outside my work. Car got a clean bill of health (passed emissions on second asking once it was nice and hot), got a recomendation for a windscreen ding and need a new sidelight bulb.

Nothing out of the ordinary, except they took the trouble to make sure the car didn't ground on the access to their shop. I was impress to see that they had taken the covers from the brake tester and used them as mini ramps to stop the nose from rubbing.

It's only a little thing but I was quite impressed by it. Would I give them my car to do any work on? Don't know, perhaps but only once I'd coached them a little :D
