The install of the supercharger and intercooler will be the same as it is on a 2 eleven. A 2elevens engine cover is flat and as far as I can tell the height of the rear clams are approx the same between the elise and the 2 eleven. As long as neither the intercooler or the supercharger don't protrude above the height of the engine rocker cover, which they don't, and that the grill openings in the engine cover don't drop down to far then it will all fit.
If for some unforeseen reason that it doesn't fit then it will be the engine cover that it will affect not the clam as the cut out in the clam for the engine bay is wide enough to clear the engine. In that case there will have to be a rethink regarding the engine cover and I'll cross that bridge if and when I get to it.
But it is a very valid point which I have wondered about myself, no way to know for sure until the end when the clam is fitted, as with any thing like this there is always an element of suck it and see
