Nope, the only repairs that will be logged on an HPI check are when it's been declared a write off and then repaired (i.e a cat C or D)

BMW 335d Touring F31- Fastest car on the road

Car has now been declared a write off. Just waiting for a letter through the post now to send back my documents for the car showing MOT, service history, V5... and then hopefully shouldnt be too long before I get offered a settlement fee.

Have already been on the phone to them asking that the fee that they offer will allow me to buy a car of the same year, similar spec and milage and they confirmed this, and that it is relavent to the current market. Also that i dont want anything happening to the car until we agree on a settlement and they agreed to this. Lets see if i get offered anywhere near the value :?

In my opinion its for the best. Hold out for a good settlement and you can buy another.

I have never wanted a car that i (usually Jen) have crashed. Take the money and run :thumbsup

Yeah thinking it being a write off is probably the better option. Been looking at the prices of the Exige S and the prices seem to have risen quite alot compared to this time last year.
