I've been pretty lazy, and left them on the car over the summer!
(In my - slight- defence, I moved to London 6-7 months ago, and only use the car when I'm back in Scotland...
They do lack the dry grip of the Eagle F1's - If you're pushing on, the car wobbles a little, but it's not that bad...At the end of the day, it's a Fiat Panda and it's A->B transport for me...The higher profile tyres improve the ride comfort considerably, too...
Over last winter they were brillliant - I actually passed an X5 stranded on a snowy hill...The snow tyres just found grip when there seemed to be none - They also seem to work much better in low temperatures, providing much more grip than the majority of other cars on the road...
(That said, they're no better than any other tyre on ice / black ice, so you still need to be careful...
For the money, it's a pretty decent investment - You could argue that we seldom have very snowy conditions in the central belt, but they're also more effective than 'normal' compound tyres in temperatures below 7C, which is handy during a Scottish winter...
