Well done guys, results look fantastic and can imagine the last week or so of fettling required for MOT has been a bit of a pain.

I sit next to your heighbour Dave who you took out for a spin over the weekend..... Judging by his feedback on how the test run went, sounds like it certainly goes ok too :drive.

Alan popped over with Chris yesterday, and the car and the Honda conversion do indeed look the dogs danglies.

As did Chris when Khan had finished with him.

Thats not burnt orange, is it?! It looks more like the original S1 orange........

No need for the hard top for us - its hidden under its cover in the garage at nights and on rainy days and brought out topless on sunny days! :thumbsup

I agree with your earlier post though about black wheels - thats next on the list (once we re-coup our finances a bit!).

In the end, we had to go to Lotus for all our seals, Ross. The door seals were £81.08 each, the inside window seals were £10.30 each and the outside window seals were a shocking £45.96 each!! Believe it or not, those rubber seals were the most expensive things we had to buy! You could have picked me off the floor when I found out the final total of everything we ordered!! We used Bell and Colvill for ordering our parts after the muck up Murrays made with the floor panels. B and C were very helpful, and mostly next day delivery. Can't fault them.

Wish I had known Jen.

I replaced the ones on N1 during its rebuild and after ringing MMC for prices and thinking it was April 1st, Craig pointed out that they were only caravan stuff and I got the lot including the strip that goes all around the boot lip for a few quid. There was a replacement kit for the window seals with N3 when I bought it, but have not fitted them yet. However the present ones are rusting so must get around to it.

The 1st or the 3rd one I may just get a strip of both and risk the £10 or so it's going to cost
