No problem at all - just dont point and laugh if i make a total baws up of it :lol:

I'll either be doing it in glasgow if i have to or borrowing a driveway in boness if i can. Doesnt realy sound like the kind of job to do at the side of the road :shock:

Don't forget a big box of plasters and some new and inventive swearwords!

We couldn't get enough of a swing on the crank bolt to do it up with just the brakes. It wasn't in 5th thoguh but it seemed to be the clutch springs compressing and releasing all the time so we could not get 210Nm. Then the belt slipped a couple of teeth and we didn't notice....

piston meets valve... Ooops....

True enough, a 3ft bar might be too long depending on how high your ramps are. I normally undo it using my 18" long ratchet, but you could also use a T-bar with something slipped over the handle (short pipe). It just depends how strong you are - at 30cm from the bolt you'll need a 60+kg pull to undo it, so that's probably two hands, not one :-)
