I didn't think an elise with a CR could go that fast? I think that's a std box?

That is a Sport 135 (now mine!

), so it is a CR box.
I once saw (I think I was on the autobahn at the time

) 143tuts indicated on my 111s (also CR box). As I say, indicated - not sure how accurate the stack is though.
Never took mine anywhere near that

Standard S1 with standard ratios (plus filter, zorst and decat), I topped out at 128mph indicated (obviously on a private closed autobahn, nowhere near Achnasheen), so that 135+CR is quite impressive!

That would suggest a CR box is not as much of a chore on the motorway as suggested?

Not sure I could sustain that with standard K.

Sorry I only really know 5th, which a good rule of thumb is 3000rpm is 30mph, 4000rpm is 40mph, 5000rpm is 50mph (surprisingly accurate on mine)

Wow.... I'm pretty sure I got more out of it than 50mph in 5th when I had it

Watch the rozzers dont catch you with that rule of thumb, I'm not entirely convinced they'll buy it lol......

That would mean to get 80mph would need 8000RPM

I think it's half the RPM, i.e. 2,500RPM = 50mph ...
