Different issue - in order to convert from M12 to M16 bolt kit you also need a bunch of funny shaped washers, etc. Geary charges 30GBP per wheel = 60GBP per car. You can have my set for 30GBP.

Is it any more involved than remove the old ones (!) and replace? OR do I have to take the hub to bits entirely?

Nope, undo old ones and put in new ones. Hub should stay on, no need to replace bearings.

BTW, I don't reckon you need to replace unless (a) you're eating wheel bearings or (b) you're doing a lot of track days. The original parts are fine for road use and some track use on road tyres.
