Got over my Lack of Moral Fibre (LMF) and got the spanners out.
Started at about 2 and finished at 6 having stopped for about an hour to wrangle the bees
The oil was nice and clean but had a haze of metallic in it, so might be bad...but I made a school boy error of using a dirty oil catch tank, it wasn't until I started I realised so I lost any evidence of nastyness, so the haze might be nothing. No big lumps though.
It's much easier seeing as it was out for the clutch a couple of months back!
I knew exactly where to look, I had also duralac'd everything so it all came nicely undone.
Box is now disconnected and ready to come out but it weights 58Kg so I'll need to borrow an engine crane to lift it out.
Tomorrow morning I'll whip the tray off and sort that damn water leak as well as sort a few rusty brackety bits should be able to get a crane next week.
