bypassing the Misfire protection unit (s1 VVC)

just after i posted the last message the rain had stopped and managed to go out to look at it...

One of the ht leads were almost touching a sensor - assume its the lambda.
i tucked it away from it and now its running fine.
took a wee run up to knockhill - great weather up there for a change.

i'll need to dress them properly and wire the misfire unit back together again, but at least i know what the problem it.
