It is very hard to say given the full extent of the information available is "LED FLASHER RELAY", who knows!
My guess is that the LED indicators use less power and so an old bi-metallic strip relay won't work properly (they rely on heat generation in the relay, which in turn depends on the power consumption of the load). A LED flasher ought to just use a timer circuit to control blinkage and thus out to be relatively load-agnostic. If that is true, then this relay will blink anything from a real bulb to a teensy LED.
